King’s Common Clean-Up

Join Keep Johnson City Beautiful for a King’s Common Clean-Up event.

We are focusing on the cleaning up the creek basin and grassy areas in preparation for Johnson City’s Parks and Recreation’s Movie in the Park that will happen Thursday, Sept. 24 with a special “Stars and Stripes Cinema” night at King Commons Park, 112 N. Commerce St., celebrating America’s 250th birthday with a showing of “Top Gun.” This theme night is presented in a partnership with ETSU and Downtown Johnson City.

Bring comfortable shoes, reusable water bottles, and your community spirit. All ages welcome. Join neighbors and organizations working every day to protect and beautify our region.

We will provide pickers, gloves, and bags. Meet at the Johnson City Sign!
